Nottingham Maternity Research Network

The Maternity Research Network is a group for anyone in the Nottingham area interested in sharing their experiences of using maternity services to inform and improve research.

The Network supports public involvement in research from the Maternal Health and Wellbeing Research Group at the University of Nottingham. Our research is about the care of women, babies and their families in normal labour and birth, including:

  • Early labour
  • Place of birth
  • Professional issues for midwives and the wider maternal health workforce
  • Birth in contemporary society
